Amazing Stay with Really good Service!
cute staff maintained grounds beach location
The staff was cute, always smiling. I particularly enjoyed the grounds, which are very well-kept. I loved the location close to the beach. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. I will certainly return!
I noticed slightly higher prices for drinks at the bar but its standard for hotels.

serene getaway with excellent amenities
landscaped grounds heated pool easy access
the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with multiple pools. one pool was heated, very enjoyable even during cooler months. accessing the sandy beach was easy. i liked the convenience of the beach bar and restaurant.
the hotel's service could be slightly slow during peak hours.

the staff was very polite and attentive throughout the hotel (i especially noted the friendly breakfast service). their warm greetings and helpful attitude added a lot to the positive atmosphere and comfort. i felt welcome and well taken care of.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast included many choices with fresh ingredients. The on-site restaurant offered healthy selections of food. Its presentation was well done.

Really good stay, great amenities
fresh pancakes fabulous pool excellent hammam
Breakfast included many choices. I enjoyed freshly made pancakes and omelettes. The pool area had secluded spots for rest and relaxation. The spa provided treatments. I used the excellent spa pool and hammam.
I noticed a lack of flexibility from the staff. Ordering a single glass of sparkling wine was not possible. Only bottles were offered.

The gym did have equipment for workouts.
The air conditioning in the room did fail to cool below 24 degrees Celsius, which it made for an uncomfortable night and a repair wasn't possible.

consistent quality stay
short walk great customer good breakfast early arrival
i liked that the beach was a short walk from the room. i enjoyed daily sunsets from the hotel chairs. the staff provided great customer attention (latifa was very helpful). the breakfast was very good (i went early, as it gets busy later on).
getting a taxi outside is easy, but it is a bit of a drag being so far from town (it almost made me want to just stay at the resort).

the breakfast buffet offered a vast choice of moroccan and european dishes, each beautifully presented and delicious. chef jacques was always present, checking everything and greeting guests, which i found very professional. however, there was a lack of fresh soft fruits.

The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and willing to serve all the time (especially maryam at reception). the front desk was professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. housekeepers ensured super clean rooms with clean sheets and towels.

my room was cozy, clean and spacious, a luxurious space for my stay. the room amenities were very convenient and helpful. the bed was very comfortable with quality bedding and fluffy towels.
